Silvant designs and builds agent systems, custom software and integrations. We work with the people who know the processes: they bring the cases, decisions and exceptions we use to design and test the solution.
A central part of that work is enabling employees to delegate and set up recurring instructions using their professional knowledge. We build the system access, process logic and workspace they need, including complex processes that need to run independently.

A priced proposal for the first area of work. We build in short rounds and test with real cases from your team.

A fixed monthly agreement. We keep the system running and keep building on what your team needs.
02 / Working together
Who takes part in the implementation.
AI affects how work gets done, the software involved and people's responsibilities. We involve these roles throughout the project. In a smaller organisation, one person may cover several roles.
- Your employees
- Contribute expertise, try instructions and develop applications for their roles. Their experience shows what the system still needs.
- Your process owner
- Agrees the desired change, exceptions and responsibilities with us. Assesses with the team whether the new way of working functions well.
- Your IT team
- Helps with system access and reviews technical, security and maintenance arrangements. We surface dependencies early.
- Silvant
- Handles analysis, design, development, testing and implementation within the agreed scope. We explain technical choices to the people using the software and maintain the solution according to the service agreement.
03 / Agreements
What we agree before the work starts.
A proposal should make clear what will be built and what your organisation needs to contribute. These are the subjects it should cover.

- Which work changes, what employees can configure themselves and which technical capabilities Silvant builds.
- Acceptance
- Which cases we test, who evaluates the results and when the solution is ready for use.
- Maintenance
- Who handles incidents, who manages access and how changes to models and connected systems are handled.
- Handover
- How source code, documentation, hosting, ownership and recurring costs are arranged.
